I currently have a 1 year old daughter and want to wean her off completely how do I go about it?

She feeds in the morning around 7am and then has non until bedtime 8/8:30. But feeds around 5/6 times a night. Not sure if it is just for comfort or she's hungry?

She has cows milk through the day and 3 meals + snacks.

How do i go about dropping all night time feeds? We tried just giving her a bottle but she doesn't settle to sleep like on the breast

I'd try night weaning first OP. Have a look at this method.

Once you've cracked the night feeds, I'd get her up in the morning and give her breakfast with a beaker of milk which she probably won't drink.

Then when she's used to not feeding in the night and morning I'd go out for a few evenings and get DH to put her to bed.

Both of mine had a clear 2 weeks between stopping BFing and accepting cows milk so don't stress too much if she doesn't want the cows milk while you're still BFing Smile
