Hi - new to the board and need of some advice

I am heading back to work and going to put my baby on apitmal in the day (whilst he is at nursery) and hopefully breast feed him the morning and night feeds.

I am confused on what to use though - bottle or cup?

I am also due to go on hoiday, and worrying about how i am going to steralize the bottle/cup etc? also how to you warm the milk up in a cup?

I love breastfeeding and it makes me sad that my little man is growing up - next it will be weaning!

Thanks in advanced for any advice

i'd use a doidy cup

take pre-sterilsed bottles if you're that worried about it but i'd just wash them carefully then boil kettle and pour water over it

Hi Anna

I have been told that the days I am not working that I should still be able to bf during the day. Hoping she can just have a cup the few days I work. Perhaps you can still bf during the day whilst on holiday then you don't need to worry about sterilising

why is there no chance to express?? (just being nosey)
