14 week old feeding

My 14 week old dd has decided she needs to breastfeed constantly and she no longer sleeps at night!

I have been very lucky until now I must admit but I'm shattered.

Any ideas what this is or what I can do?

4 month sleep regression started a few weeks early?

Could baby be about to have a growth spurt and is stimulating extra supply? When mine did this it usually only lasted a few days/nights, but it was exhausting. I hope the feeding settles down again soon.

I'm terrified of a regression 😮 hoping and praying it's just a growth spurt! 😫

Some Mums find that feeding lying down at night and maybe half the morning helps. Have you mastered that particular skill yet nervous Smile

Growth spurt probably. My 14 week old went through it last week. Was waking up more frequently at night, being more fussy, eating more. And he's visibly grown! He's sleeping fine again now
