Baby suddenly only taking half her bottle?

Hello all!

First time poster, but long time lurker!
Just looking for some advice really.
DD will be 10 weeks on Thursday and up until a couple days ago was taking her bottles (5oz) without issue, I'm talking draining it, burping and being quite content.
Last couple of days she's been taking only 3oz and then refusing anymore, in fact she gets so agitated if I try! She isn't looking for extra milk either, it's every 3 hours like it was with the 5oz!

She's clearly hungry as she's rooting like a madwoman and smacking her lips which are all her usual hunger cues. It's almost as if after that initial 3oz, when the bottle goes in her mouth it's hurting her? I've had a look at her gums and they do look a little red. She's also been chewing her fists, her comfort toy and bringing mine and DH's fingers to her mouth to chew on. Also very dribbly and has been pooing a lot more!

My mum has suggested she could be starting to teeth, but isn't she a bit young? Just worried she will dehydrate if she isn't getting enough milk! Sad

Grateful for any advice, TIA!

Maybe the next size up teat on bottle? I combine feed so not much experience with bottles , but have heard my pals give this as a solution around that age if feeding slows down.

She's been on variflow teats since she was about 3 weeks old as the size 1 was too slow for her, she's a bit of a guzzler! Never had any issue up until now, I tried a size 2 earlier but no good, she just got annoyed and didn't manage to get anything out.

My daughter did exactly this at 12 weeks. Would scream if i tried to feed her anymore. Then I discovered she was ill and had a cold. She was like it for about a week then when back to normal.
