Do bf toddlers take more breast milk if they are/getting ill

Just wondering as 15mo DS only has 1 feed before bed now a day and thats usually a comfort nibble tbh - I actually thought he was about to quit! but today I woke up with huge boobs. He had a horrendous nights sleep last night and has started getting a runny nose..

Mine does, he's always getting ill since starting nursery and my boobs inflate and deflate like balloons! I'm resigned to being left with breasts like empty socks when he finally gives up...

Ah OK that may explain it then. I had just got used to normal bras again but I am popping out all over. I now have the cold too 😒
