CMP Allergy?

Hiya,

I'm looking for any mums that know anything about cow's milk protein allergies?

My DS is 12 weeks old and FF. He screams during winding and always at the end of feeds. He's on gaviscon and renitadin for bad reflux - however he is still sick after feeds and still has explosive poos. He also suffers terribly from trapped wind.

Any thoughts on what this could be - or at tips?

Could you give more info in nappies. Colour? Do they contain blood or mucous?

Very orange and quite wet - I wouldn't say diarrhea but he is on gaviscon (which is generally meant to block them up I thought). At least every other day, at most twice a day. No blood or mucous though.

The symptoms differ for each child, my son had a rash/eczema, sore eyes, explosive poos with blood, screamed when winding, couldn’t settle. There is a cmpa site with a list of symptoms make a note of how many he has and take to the gp. There is also a Facebook group cmpa that you can ask to join, there are loads of people on there who can advise.
