Teat size!?

Hi there!
My son is 4 months old and still on slow flow tommee tippee teats and having absolutely no issues with feeding but I’m wondering do I HAVE to move up teat size or can he stay as he is if he’s happy!?

I always moved DS up a size when he was struggling to get enough/ getting too gassy from sucking too hard. Go with what feels right.
