How to get more milk in at each feed?

My dd wants around 720ml a day but often won’t take more than 100ml a feed. I try and feed her every 3 hours as we used to feed every 2 and a half when she was smaller. She was quite a small birth weight when born at 5 pounds 11 and since is up to 10 pounds on the second percentile. I’m struggling to get the amount in her before bedtime despite her being tired enough to go to bed. Any tips on how to increase her intake at each feed? I have tried to do cluster feeding at night so I will feed her at 6pm, 7pm and then a quick top up after her bath. She is now 13 weeks (but was nearly 3 weeks early). Thanks in advance from a first time Mum!

I think you need to just let baby decide how much she can handle...she's technically only 10 wks old. She can only take on what her stomach can handle. My DS was a small baby and was still only taking 4oz feeds at 4/5 months.
I know it's relentless, feeding so many times in the day. I empathise with you there.

What teat size are you on? Sometimes increasing the teat size can help

For what it's worth, she's almost doubled her birth weight so she really is feeding well. Just keep reminding yourself that they are only this tiny for a short while...before you know it, she'll be a big lump, eating you out of house and home!!!
