Ahhhh. I hate my boobs. Travelling to family over holidays has messed with them, various blocked ducts, a bleb and now possibly mastitis in the other boob. I feel so sorry for myself and want to moan. Thanks for indulging me...

Thanks. Have been doing it all. Just got through the first one and now its the other boob, except there’s no obvious lump this time, just pain and redness and generally feeling shite. And annoyed with myself that I thought it was a good idea to travel and stay with both sides of the family when I have a 3 month old. Have been through this all with my first so should’ve taken better care.

Lay in a warm bath and feed baby at the same time. I found that helped soften my breasts and also empty them at the same time.
