Crusty white milk ducts bfeeding 14mo

Hi all I have noticed one of my nipples has started to have a white sort of crust in the centre where all the milk ducts are. It flakes off OK and isn't painful. I usually clean it off after I shower but its now there every day for maybe the past couple of weeks.
We are down to one feed a day now before bed.

Is this normal or any thing I should look in to?

I did think that but its kind of in the ducts. Its almost like milk has come out lumpy and dried 😬
