Caffeine a day when down to a bedtime bfeed only

I'm just wondering if the caffiene limit still applies even though DS (14mo) only had bfeed before bed. I usually only have 2 filter coffees a day but god it would be good (like tomorrow) if I could squeeze in another.....

Oh go for it. I don’t think it makes much odds - breastmilk filters out much of the caffeine from your body anyway

My ds is 14 months and my 4th BF baby. I've never restricted caffeine and have what I fancy - today 2 coffees (1 with Bailey's), a tea and a couple of diet cokes. Go for it
