14 month old not weaning

I have breastfed my son for 14 months and he's not showing any signs of wanting to wean off. I would happily carry on however I need to start taking medication for panic attacks I have been having for a few weeks that are badly affecting me. Any ideas how I can wean him please? We didn't breastfeed for a whole day and had milk/water/juice instead but he was so upset for the whole day that I gave in eventually. Any tips from people that have experienced the same please? Thank you :)

I would plan to drop one feed at a time

If you don’t want to stop, are you sure you can’t BF on that medication? Have you spoken to the Drugs in BM service?

Sorry to hear you’re suffering Thanks
