Thrush or something else?

I’m EBF 3 wk DD and been getting quick sharp little jabs in one boob, mostly in the nipple. Feels different than tingly nipple letdown feeling, this is quite sharp and uncomfortable, almost painful but only lasts for a second or two, like someone jabbing a pin there. Thought it might be thrush but don’t see anything in DD’s mouth or on my boob. What can I do, what might it be? Cxx

Bump? It’s driveing me mad, do t know what I can do. Tried some lanolin but not much help. Taken my bra off and milk is dripping out, may this is new letdown pain ?
