Reflux or bug?

DS (nearly 9m) has suddenly started with reflux symptoms... being sick after feeds, refusing most food/milk, persistent diarrhoea, gagging whilst feeding. I took him to OOH for persistent cough to be told it's a viral infection and keep up fluids/calpol and not to worry about the sick/diarrhoea. Its been happening for 5 days now.
Does anyone know if reflux can suddenly start? Or if it a big and just ride it out? Thanks

Hi, he's better now. It stopped as suddenly as it started. I had an appt with HV and she said it's probably a combination of teething/a cough and a bit of tummy ache. He's putting weight on and suddenly popped out 3 teeth and all better

That’s good news. I think babies dothis kind of thing just to keep you on your toes
