When to stop waking baby for night feeds?

DS is 3 weeks old and has been EBF from birth. After initially losing more than 10% of his birth weight, he has now regained and exceeded this, and the jaundice that he had has cleared.

I've been setting my alarm every 3 hours overnight for feeds - sometimes he wakes before it goes off, but other times I need to wake him. I'd love to get more than a 3 hour stretch of sleep, but is it too early to move to on demand feeding overnight?

If baby has now regained birth weight and is alert and feeding well, I think you're fine.

Once he's back to birth weight and seems to be continuing to gain weight, you're fine to let him feed on demand as pp said.
