2 week old baby constipated

Hello, my lovely 2 week old baby seems to be constipated since about midnight last night. Plenty of wet nappies. She is exclusively breast fed and feeding well and often. Draining each breast etc.
Any ideas on what I can do.
She is grunting and pulling her knees up and trying to poo bless her.
I am on a lot of painkillers so worried these might be causing it, although triage midwife doesn’t think so.

I'd take her to a GP. A 2 week old needs to be doing poos every day. in the mean time offering more breastfeeds may help as it's a laxative.
