EBF 3 day old gorgeous girl, my milks come in and she had a feast. Took her in her pram and DH bumped her over a few stairs, she promptly brought up some yellow sick. Was a quite creamy and had small bits in it, honestly smelled like baby sick/milk but googling tells us it might be a twisted intestine?? She’s been eating fine since and had two wet nappies. She’s quite jolly and seems well, should we be concerned? Mummy instinct tells me it’s fine but google has me
concerned Confused xxx

Currently feeding my week old baby. She’s been sick a lot since my milk came in, also v yellow and creamy so I had the midwife look at it. Definitely milk! If your baby is happy in herself and weeing normally etc then it sounds like she is just posseting milk rather than actually being sick. Step away from the google!

The yellow is likely to be your colostrum, it takes a while to go white even after your milk comes in. Sounds totally normal but if you are worried get her checked.
