Formula Milk and Solid food.

DD is 6 months and has bad reflux.
She is on reflux formula Milk,do I change her milk to follow on milk if I start her on solids?

no, keep on formula, then at 1 year old they switch to cows milk.

Agree with pp, there’s no need at all for follow-on milk. Follow-on milk isn’t advised at all by the NHS.
