HELP! 16 month old won't eat

Hi ladies/gents,
My LO is 16 months old and used to be an amazing eater, tbh I thought he used to eat too much. Anything and everything fruit, veg, mince, fish, chicken! He was great!
Recently he won't eat anything except toast, weetabix, milk, yoghurts and treats (which I try not to give him) just wondering if this was a phase or if I should be worried?
So today all he's ate is 2 weetabix, 11oz of milk and 2 mini packets of raisins Shock
He is a good weight at just under two stone his wee tummy is quite hard and it's very round...like a Santa/beer belly...is bothers me as well is that an issue do you think?
Also, since he's been eating less he sometimes struggles to do number twos poor wee thing. His back 4 teeth are coming in could it be related?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Lx

It could be normal, it could be teething. I’d cut him back on the milk though. He only need 10 floz/300 ml a day. If he’s having more it’s likely to be affecting his appetite.

Ate you giving him anything for the teething?

It's the teeth my wee guy is going through the same with his back teeth. If he starts to lose weight get him checked out. Try some pear cut into sticks

Thanks everyone!
He only takes one bottle in morning that's the most he'll drink maybe 6-9oz and at night he only takes maybe 2-5oz but will try not to give as much in morning to encourage him to have breakie!

He doesn't seem as tho his teeth are bothering him so no pain killers he's a happy wee thing just doesn't want food that's the only time he gets upset.

Could you change the morning bottle to a beaker of milk with his breakfast?

He gets up at 6:30 every morning so I thought that was really early to have breakfast?

No too early at all. If DH is around you could get him to give nreakfastcwhile you have a shower.

He’s much better having breakfast than relying on milk for his calories. There are some sample menus and ideas for breakfast in this guide from the Caroline Walker Trust Smile
