poo......green??

twice today my daughter's poo has been a sort of dark green colour...quite pasty...she is 15 weeks and is now formula fed, was b/fed up to 12 weeks...what is this a sign of? is she dehydrated? should i be giving her water? how much? it is also foul smelling but think this is just adjusting from b/fed to formula..

My dd is formula fed, and when we introduced formula her poo went from soft and mustard to harder and greener - also got whiffier. So it sounds normal to me. Sorry if too much information .

yes - I have heard this happens. Maybe give formula care line a call if there is one. What type of formula?
