Breastfeeding on sertraline

Hiya - just looking for some advice. I’m currently 30 weeks with my first. I have OCD, for which I was prescribed sertraline and I was on for two years before we decided to start ttc. I have tried to stay off the meds while pregnant, due to the risks associated with it - which I have done so so far - but my OCD has still been bothering me everyday - and sometimes is very bad.
I feel like I would like to go back on them after having our baby. Anyone out there who has breastfed while on this medication? Or similar? Thank you! 😊

This is a good resource :)

I did with dc1 and am with dc2. I quit it at 30ish weeks with dc2 and started again after birth. They're both absolutely fine, however if I forget to take it for a few days then dc2 has his sleep messed up.

Yes I’ve taken it throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, it’s fine.

I've taken it through breastfeeding DC1 and then pregnancy and breastfeeding DC2. Absolutely fine. I saw a psych consultant before conceiving DC2 and he said the reason it is not officially 'safe' is because doing research on pregnant women is ethically problematic, not because anyone really thinks there's a major risk.

I’m bf and taking it. No evidence it causes any harm
