9 month old - new to bottle feeding

We're in the process of switching my 9 month old from breast to bottle. He's on Neocate, takes it well. As we're quite new to bottle feeding I have a few questions!

We've been sterilising all bottles and teats. Do we need to do that still at his age?

Can I make up the first morning feed the night before and store in the fridge overnight and then warm up in the morning? Can imagine a very angry baby if he has to wait!

Best way to prepare a bottle if we're out and about?

I know some specialist milks are prepared differently to standard formula... Neocate instructions are to let water cook for at least 30 mins... is this the same as other normal formulas?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

The only one I can answer is the sterilising. There are sone pretty nasty bugs in formula, pretty lethal really. So as long as you use formula you should sterilise.

Thank you - we'll keep sterilising Smile
