Dropping a feed but not every day?

This is a bit premature but if I don't ask now I'll forget in a baby brained way

My DS (who is currently 14 weeks) is going to be starting nursery at 7 months when I go back to work 3 days a week. I'm planning on doing BLW and continuing to BF. It won't be easy for me to express at work so was thinking I could maybe give him formula on the days he's at nursery and then BF the rest of the week. Would that work though? Or if I don't feed him during the day 3 days a week, will my milk dry up and/or will I get engorged on the 3 days he's at nursery?

You might get a bit full while you are at work but it should work out OK. Lots of people mixed feed. I used to have ds in the nursery across the road from work so I could pop over and give him lunch (it was a lot quicker than expressing).
