was reading the thread on jogging and breastfeeding and realised i don't have a sports bra that fits me any more. i know you're told not to wear underwire when you're pg, never worked out why, does it matter when you're breastfeeding?

any idea where to get a decent sports bra in a 32f, most f cups seem to start at a 34.

Have you tried the next one. The cups actually are just like a breastfedding bra as they hook to what is comfortable, it was cool as could feed with it on too, not sure what sizes they do up too. Its in the sports section not maternity

Why not try this . Hopefully you'll find something that fits /suits

Hi beansmum, I usually wear the Berlie Shock Absorber sports bra and wore it whilst feeding DS2. I am usually a 32E but this bra is small made round the back so I wear a 34DD in it, may be worth a try.

Just looked at tabitha's link, I have the Berlei High Exertion Bra B102. Very comfy and not too bulky.

I too opted for berlei "high impact shock absorber (hideous title) as I could not get support for my alarmingly heavy and enormous bosom from anything that urged "maternity/nursing". I simply expected if I needed to feed, I'd pop off somewhere private, but for support they are really good, plus no wires...
as for no wires when b/f the reason IMHO
think mastitis/blocked ducts... once bitten... avoid wires honestly...

thanks for the link tabitha, requested a catalogue, can't buy anything over the internet until the bank gives me back my credit card! think i used to have a berlei bra but can't remember which one.

My mum says to try m & s but seem to remember that they don't do an f cup in the sports bras.
