4,5 month old refusing to finish feeds

Hello everyone
My now 4.5 month old boy has started to only drink around 2 or 3 oz max per feed (he did 5 going to 6) biting the teat, pushing the bottle away / out of his mouth and seems perfectly happy to only drink every 4 to 5 hours which ,of course, concerns me.
The only 2 bottles he actually finishes are at 12 at night and 7 in the morning, everything else is a no no for him. I've noticed he's very interested in what I / dh eats but he's very curious anyway.

Now I know they do developmental leaps, can start teething and also growth spurts are normal around this time.
Does this kind of feeding go along with one of these things? I'm a bit concerned about the amount he gets in on a whole day. Thanks a lot

They do go through funny wee stages, or it could be the cold, teething etc.

A growth spurt I would normally say means more eating but it could be that the 5-6 ounces was in growth spurt times.

If you're concerned about how much he's getting in 24hrs then check in with your HV for sure

I thought so too with a growth spurt that they eat more. It's not teething for sure but it could be the changing weather. Thanks :)

What size teat are you using? Maybe go up a flow.
