Help I skipped two feeds today

I got caught in an accident on the way back to my baby (he is 2 months old) and missed 2 feeds. My breasts were engorgéd and hard when I got back and I have been breastfeeding and expressing since I returned but they still don’t feel right. A bit tingly and painful even though I keep emptying them. It’s like they are refilling very quickly.

I’ve had mastitis before so definitely could do again, but not feeling fluey with a temp like I did last time.

Do I just keep expressing and feeding?

Are you doing extra expressing on top of feeding the baby? That's just going to make you produce more milk than you need. I would just keep feeding regularly and it will even out quickly. Keep feeling for lumps to make sure there's no blocked ducts.
