Cows milk not filling 1 year old?

Dd has always been a great sleeper she's been on formula and would sleep through the night however, since she turned one last week she's been having cows milk and has started waking in the night for milk? Which she hasn't done since she was around three months old. Is this normal as she's getting used to it? Or is it just not filling her up as much as formula? She's having more or less the same amount as she was having formula and eating three meals a day with snacks in between. Also wondered if it could be a growth spurt. Any advice would be great. Thanks x

If you only just started to offer the milk, it can cause digestion to go a bit funny the first few weeks, meaning they have more wind and sometimes funny poos until they adjust to the change. It could be that. I also found that right at 12 months when we made the switch with our first, it coincided with the start of teething, so sleep went a bit weird due to teething as well.
