Has DS2 got thrush?

DS2 is 4.5 weeks now and breastfed and I think he might have thrush. He has a white coating on his tongue.
He has been quite unsettled the last two weeks, lots of crying, hard to settle esp at night and often lots of crying when he feeds too.
Does this sound like thrush (I don't have any symptoms) and if so does it need to be treated?
Could this be what is making him unsettled? He seemed calmer the first few weeks...

I think it would be worth getting him checked out - it can be treated quite easily and the treatment has good fast effects

take him to a doctor please.

Thanks, did look at kellymom but not v much info on thrush there.
Is it worth trying to see a GP today? Not sure if it counts as out of hours but he was up all night yelling...
