3 day old with greenish poo

My milk came in today. Previously his poos have been black, then yellowish and today it was more green and slightly runny. I am on iron tablets from the hospital, could that be the cause? Is it something to be concerned about?

If your milk has come in he will probably be getting large quantities of high-lactose foremilk. That can turn poo a bit green IIRC.

Is it like greeny bits in yellow poo? I think that’s when the poo transitions to the mustard yellow colour.

That is normal, happened to all my 3. It can take a while for your milk to tailor to LO's new minted digestitive system.
