I've just been stung by a bee ! Ouch ! It's just occured to me that I'm probably having a histamine reaction to it of some level (bloody hurts and my foot's swelling up a bit). Am I still OK to bf ? Will the reaction to it cause any nasties in my milk, and I assume I can't take antihistamines because they'll get into the milk to ?????
Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
