Hi I EBF my DC but from week one have given a feed every few days from bottle (formula at first as milk was slow to come in, then expressed milk) And DC always took it even from me! However in the last week or so she has started fussing at the bottle and just biting the teat and crying or rolling it in her mouth without sucking. At first I thought it was a flow issue as I have a v fast flow now so I put a faster teat on it so she wouldn’t have to work as hard but she still wouldn’t take it, my husband tried as well when I was out for lunch but that didn’t work either, she took a few mls but wasn’t happy about it. We use Tommy Tippee closer to nature bottles and have since birth. Breastfeeding is going well but I really want the bottle to still be an option! Should I maybe try giving her formula in a bottle instead of breastnilk? Any advice wanted please I want to get ahead of this before she completely hates the bottle.

Definitely keep trying. I was the same and now have a total bottle refuser who has to be brought to my work several times a day! We did stop trying for a bit as I had a nanny starting and tbh didn't want to frighten the woman, mad as that sounds!
