Mixing neocate and almond milk

Has anyone done this or similar? I can't find any information online.

DD 20months still has 2 bottles of neocate a day, and I want to start transitioning her to almond milk. I know her personality, and I know she won't do well with switching it overnight, but she will probably be ok if I slowly add an Oz at a time and build up to dropping it out completely. Is there any reason why I can't do this? The neocate website is horrendous.

If yiu were transitioning from another formula to cows milk some people add an ounce of the new milk at a time. I can’t see why doing it with Neocate and Almond Milk would be a problem.
