I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 5 month old dd she's my first. We had a difficult start with a painful latch and an oversupply but we dealt and it's been going great.
The past week or so my let down has been very painful it stops me doing whatever I'm doing until it passes its always been uncomfortable and I Leak a lot but this is so much worse. I'm not engorged I don't feel any blocked ducts no redness ect.
What's worrying me aswell is my dd seems to have an issue with her stomach last few days she's had a lot of green frothy nappies where before we had a yellow mega poo every 2/3 days. I've heard green poo can be a problem with milk?
Or it's just a coincidence I don't know. Any thoughts?
