Aptamil powder doesn't dissolve fully

Has anyone noticed this? It is still too powdery when properly mixed (yes doing all right). I know they changed formulation recently but this can't be right.

I thought this! I'm introducing formula to my 7mo and was worried I was just doing it wrong because I've never used formula before

They changed the receipt vest recently please note cow and gate is the same formula as aptamil ... there was a few news articles on this the statement from aptamil said you had to shake the milk more.

I've done everything I can and it never dissolves fully and goes lumpy. I called them but no return call yet.
