Hi I am on this and Dr does not think it is safe with breast feeding putting pressure on me to stop , where can I find information to give dr that will convince her?

It is a tricyclic AD.

Hope someone can help have posted on health too as not sure which right

Is it your GP that's unhappy? If so can you ask her for a referral to a psychiatrist instead?

My GP wasn't sure which ADs would be best for me, and he didn't think I could have the ones I'd previously taken, so he referred me to a consultant at our local psychiatric hospital.

I take a tricyclic AD (lofepramine) and breastfeed, and I know there are several others you can take.
