7m old stop BF - start with a cup

I want to stop BF

DD will take water from a free flow cup, and has drunk a little formula from a cup too

She’s on solids too

Do I just carry on with formula from a cup and offer it at all meals?? Help!

Don’t have a DP around so don’t think can get her to take a bottle

I think the current advice is to drop one feed every two weeks. It’s fine to move straight to a cup and don’t worry if she doesn’t take much at first.
