Tiny breasts after breastfeeding

Hi all, just wondering if anyone ended up with smaller boobs after stopping breastfeeding, and if so did your boobs ever go back to normal again?

I already had small boobs, A cup, and it took a lifetime for me to accept them and be OK with them! I loved that when i was breastfeeding they doubled in size, and i was happy with my body for the first time in my life! I BF'd for 10 months and stopped 6 weeks ago. Now i cant bear to look at them in the mirror. They are half the size they used to be!! Flat deflated pancakes. I didnt think it was possible for them to get smaller. How has this happened?? Tell me its temporary please?!

I know it seems a vain question but I feel so unattractive and unfeminine and its affecting my confidence :-(

In breastfeeding and whilst breastfeeding they have gone down a cup size I used to be a g but now ff have been feeding dd for 2 1/2 years and ds 11 months and do feel like a milk cow when they are both grabbing my boobs

IME they're not quite the same after pregnancy (because it's that that causes the changes) but the deflated effect immediately after cessation of breastfeeding isn't quite so extreme after some time.

If you look up 'boob or bust' , you might find a more supportive bra helps how you feel

I had the same. I was a B cup and after I stopped BF with the second they have turned into flaccid flaps in my chest. I’ve just got used it now.

Mine went down from watermelons to grapes after breast feeding, they were nice in their way and at that time I liked being 'skinny'. Years later they turned into firm ripe peaches and I was more than happy with that.

When I stopped breastfeeding with first LO mine went down half a cup size (I wish that existed for bras!) and were really saggy but after a while (can't remember how long), the sagginess improved although the size stayed the same. But I was generally thinner as well.

yes, either mine got better after a while or I stopped caring - my advice is save some money up and go treat yourself to new underwear to boost your confidence a bit, best thing you can do in the short term.
