My 8 day old baby's burps smell of sulpher (eggy) Is this normal when breastfeeding?

Breast feeding is going ok so far but today I have noticed that dd's burps are smelling of eggs. Has anyone experience of this please?

Does she seem ill? It can be a sign of a tummy bug. It was in my DD. But it could also be quite normal and others may be more help.

Thankyou MrsT. She still has jaundice and also keeps coughing but other than that she seems fine. Hope its not a bug!!

i think this is a sign of infant reflux (either the "sicky" sort or "silent" reflux) Worth googling the rest of the syptoms and seeing if any others apply to your LO.
