BF after breast surgery question (A bit TMI)

I had breast reduction 8 years ago, I am 5ft and 8st but had 36GG boobs which caused killer back trouble, I was reduced to a 36c cup. What I need to know, and no-one seems to be able to tell me, is - will I be able to BF? I have no breast abnormalities to speak of, both nipples took well to the surgery and I have had no problems.

Anyone been through something similar or know of anyone who has, and if they could BF

TIA

Saddy

There are previous threads on this with good advice. I'll try to find one.

not got personal experience of this but have seen a programme (baby whisperer i think) in the same situ. Basically she was told to just try when the time came, it all depends on the surgery, and whether the milk ducts were severed and if so if they regrew which they can sometimes.

so i guess its just a case of wait and see what happens .

hope that helpful
