Bottle feeding basics

Third baby but only ever bf so confused. When i make a bottle, how do i shake it to dissolve powder when it is so hot? Bottles don't come with caps.

Also, i'm using Aptamil powder at home and ready mix when out, is that ok? Is it same stuff?

It's ok if your baby takes it, but my dad was fussy with pre made stuff!

With regards to mixing it, don't shake but roll together in the palm of hands if you know what I meant? Put teat and bottle lid on when doing it.
