Oh, she's fab.

Some of the comments made me really angry.
Preaching to the converted I know. Does America have more of a problem with bf in public than we do?

Cascara · 10/06/2007 11:17

I used to hang out on American parenting groups when we were going to move back and so I would say in a lot of places they definitely have more issues than we do. But it's a big country so not fair to generalise and areas have passed laws which say it's legal for a woman to breastfeed anywhere.

I saw a mum feeding in costa the other day and she had a muslin cloth over her shoulder, baby and boob (in a nice subtle way, not a ashamed way!) and it seemed quite sweet.

Gd idea i guess if you are a little self consious?

Malaleche · 10/06/2007 11:42

i do that if i think people are going to mind or if its a very crowded public place or if dd2 is getting distracted....

tullytwo · 10/06/2007 11:45

If you click on the thumbnail pics below the mg picture they dont have her boob blurred out for some reason - they are really lovely pics I think - saw them last week and was really pleased to see them.

Flame · 10/06/2007 12:35

Ooh tis a bigger baby too (ie not a newborn)

@ the Denise Richards comments! Those kids have been through a lot haven't they (up n down parents relationships etc), just as some "normal" kids do - if she wants her thumb and a blanky then why shouldn't she?!?!!?

lyndyloo · 10/06/2007 14:11

Can't believe I've just looked at that again
"Uh, breast pumps do exist for a REASON you know"
Is that reason to spare the blushes of the civilised masses?
