Fussy 2yr olds, what can I make?

I'm struggling with my kids who are 23m. They eat porridge in the mornings which is the only real meal they will devour. For other meals, it's only pasta that they love. I've tried curries (they only eat the meat stripped plus yoghurt), fried rice (not eaten), fish (just pick at it but eat tiny amounts). Is this normal? I'm tired of trying stuff for them to be so fussy!

If they’re growing and meeting their milestones, I don’t think you need to worry @Eesha Smile

It’s pretty normal for toddlers to be fussy. If you’re worried, the book Help! My Child won’t eat! is supposed to be very good, sadly it was out of print when my DD was being extremely fussy.

The Caroline Walker Trust produce a good guide on eating at this age here which contains sample menses and guides on portion sizes.

The thing that might help their appetite is reducing milk and snacks though.
