My son will be two In September- I feed him BF once in the am and once in the pm - I don’t express anymore. Will my milk dry up if I don’t feed him for two days?

No. Worst case scenario you might have a dip in supply but at this stage your milk is very well established. You'll probably find when it comes to it your milk will take months to disappear. Well done on smashing two years!
