Breastfeeding in Leeds

Hi everyone, I was wondering where the best places for breastfeeding are in Leeds city centre. I breastfed my eldest son who is now 7 but our youngest is 2 weeks old today and haven't fed him in public yet.

I live in Morley and was wondering whether there are any nice, friendly groups for a shy and anxious mummy xx

There’s one in Middleton on a Tuesday that I like.

Search Leeds Bosom buddies on Facebook. PM me if you’re not and I’ll send you the details, but I’m at my mums at the moment and running out of battery on my phone.

And I’ve fed on lots of places in Leeds and surround areas, no one has batted an eyelid.

Another good group is Morley Mama Gang.

Thank you, have joined both of those 😃

I’d say Leeds is quite friendly re Bf, white rose centre it’s quite good with it too,v child friendly.
Have you looked at a baby sensory group? These are fab for meeting mamas out there.

These guys do a pre-walkers sensory group at St Andrews Church (near Dartmouth Park) on a Friday at 10am.

I’m not from Leeds, but I have breastfed there in the past when visiting. Nobody batted an eyelid. If you do want a bit of privacy though I think there are family rooms in John Lewis and the Trinity centre.

Perfect, thanks for all the replies. Will definitely look into the group's 😊
