I can't see any reason why you need to wait. You will still make milk regularly.

I think you can start expressing whenever you like - it will help stimulate your supply so you've got plenty when the growth spurts hit!! I think it's fine to introduce the bottle at this age too - mine took one bottle of EBM once a day from the word go, and never had a problem with 'nipple confusion'. Good Luck!!

Well IME (I BF all 3 of mine)They all prefered breast...The earlier you introduce a bottle the better really...I didn't bottle feed my first two at all...then when my third arrived, and I needed to do a few bottle feeds I had left it too late and she wouldn't take to a bottle at all!
