I’m a 36M! M! My breasts are two giant planets stuck onto my frontage and I’m struggling to find a bra. I’m in 36L now as that’s what I wore when I breastfed my little boy but this time around we have gotten even larger and my nipples are getting squished and mishapen.
I’m already wearing a 36 as opposed to a 34 which is probably a better fit so I can’t even go up to a 38 or else there will be no support at all.
Do bras this size even exist? Is it a case of making my own somehow (and If so how?)

It's so hard! Nursing bras are a really gap in the market - so uncomfortable when folded down, ugly, frumpy things.

Found this:
https://www.barenecessities.com/goddess-keira-wire-free-nursing-bra-gd6092product.htm?pff_id=GoddessGD6092&search=36M

And there's another on that website.

Oh the state of it! Thanks though. My squished nipples are very grateful. My husband probably not so much - not the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen but needs must Grin

The reviews are so good! I'm thinking of getting one!

Cake maternity bras do larger bra sizes - they are sizes s,m,l,xl etc though, so I'm not sure if they do yours. Worth checking though as they are very comfy!

Molke

I converted my normal underwired bras - got a kit from ebay.

The goddess is US sizing so not a UK M.

Molke Thundercup is probably what you need. I'm having the same problem but I'm only 24 weeks pregnant and have grown substantially from my pre pregnancy 28L (probably as 28K was small but tolerable) and am waiting for my ribcage to expand so I can get away with a Molke medium Thundercup.

Rixie Clip might be an option if you buy a bigger back for the cup to work. It can shorten the back of a bra.

I have a molke already actually not sure why I didn’t look there first. Bugger about the goddess being Us sizing! Looks like a thundercup it is! (Thundercup thoigh! What a name)

I had a similar problem and had to go up in the back to get a big enough cup size. Bravissimo sell the Royce Charlotte nursing bra which you could try in a 38KK or 40L, and then take in the sides to get support in the band.

Once your supply has settled down you can then convert a normal bra, as PP suggested.
