instructions for boots microwave sterilizer?

can anyone tell me how much water to put in and how long to stick it in the microwave?

Is it the clear one with a white lid and a blue shelf thing inside?

If so the instructions say ....use exactly 7oz of water, ovens up to 750w full power for 8 mins, ovens above 750w full power for 5 mins. Leave for at least 3 mins before removing from microwave, preferably 10 mins. Unopened the contents remain sterile for 3 hours

mine is 100ml water and 5 mins. Our microwave 900w. Hope that helps
