Yellow bits in sick - anything to worry about?

Ds has just been sick and it is mostly cottage cheesy looking, but there are some gooey yellow bits in the sick.

Is this anything to worry about?

he is nearly 18 weeks and bf.

He's not on solids yet, he's exclusively bf.

He doesn't seem too be poorly.

he was quite happy and smiley after puking up.
