Avent microwave steriliser instructions

Does anyone happen to know how much water and for how long I need to microwave this steriliser for please? I last used it two years ago and have lost the instructions. Many thanks

Think it's 7 mins with 200 ml water.

With my 850w microwave it's 200mls of water for 5 mins.

Ive got the instructions lurking somewhere, what wattage is your microwave? I'm also on 200ml for 5 mins - I think that's fairly standard.
