Help for weaning BF

Hi

I have got a nearly 2 year old and ideally would like to give up BF by 2. LO always pulls down top and gets milk when wants it- within reason. LO still has milk throughout the night and so is getting up every 3 hours also.

I am after any help and ideas to start the weaning process as I dont have any idea where to start.

LO drinks water and has cows milk but still has B milk quite a lot.

Hopefully someone can help!

I think I started by only ever Bfing in one place, then saying the rest of the time, no, we only do it when we are in xxx chair”. Then trying my bloody best not to go near the chair if I could help it
